Where do I even begin with this company? From start to finish, Reign Roofing went above and beyond in every possible way. Their customer service is absolutely incredible, and they truly fight for their customers like it’s their own home on the line. Like many homeowners dealing with roof insurance claims, I quickly learned how difficult State Farm can be to work with. I had multiple roofing companies promise they could “get my roof bought,” but it was all talk and no action. Then a friend recommended Reign Roofing, specifically Zev, and that completely changed everything. From the very beginning, Zev was honest, professional, knowledgeable, and confident that my roof clearly needed replacement. When State Farm sent out an adjuster who honestly seemed to have no idea what he was doing, and even insulted me on my own property. He relentlessly advocated for me for SIX MONTHS. He pushed State Farm to agree to an independent appraisal, carefully documented every issue with the roof, and never backed down when things became difficult. Most companies would have walked away. Zev didn’t. He stayed committed the entire time and continued fighting until the truth came out. And in the end? The independent appraisal fully supported everything Zev had been saying from day one, and State Farm was forced to pay for a full roof replacement totaling over $45,000. That level of dedication is rare. Reign Roofing is the definition of a company that truly stands behind its customers. They communicate, they care, and most importantly, they DELIVER results. Couldn't have asked for a better contractor! We have been using Reign, specifically Stedson, for any personal roof checks and repairs and he has always taken great care of us. Fast forward, we used him for a remodel we had through our custom home business and truly have never had a better experience. Attention to detail! That’s the first thought that comes to mind when dealing with Zev, owner of Reign Roofing and his team.  Integrity - A word that you don’t hear much in the roofing industry, but that is how I felt throughout the entire process. A process that involved Zev walking us through every detail from first inspection to dealing with a not so cooperative insurance company as well as choosing shingle and gutter colors.   Excellent communication about every detail concerning installation days, until everything was cleaned up and put back exactly like the roofers found it. Zev was involved (not just a salesman) in every aspect of the project. This was an outstanding experience for myself and my wife in ensuring our home was updated and upgraded with the highest quality materials and workmanship.
